    identification. Acceptable documents include a Zambian NRC, passport, driver’s license,
    or other government-issued ID.
  4. Tracking and MTCN: Each transaction includes a unique tracking number (MTCN), which
    is required to collect funds. Always keep this number private.
  5. Service Availability: Services may be subject to local laws, holidays, or agent availability.
    Some options, like bank account and mobile wallet deposits, may be limited to certain
    locations.
  6. Refund Policy: Refunds may be available if the funds haven’t been picked up, minus any
    fees incurred.
